Likes

1. trained the fresh entry nautical cadets as per IMO modules. 2. 1st year jointly worked with city of Glasgow college and did affiliation with an individual and with the team as a whole. finally succeed. 2.made a new institution with a standard criteria. 4. follow up routine self and manage to other successfully.

Dislikes

1. no strict rule could maintained as it was paid academy for cadets. 2. proper training equipment, materials, space was unavaivable. 3. lack of competence professionals. 4. No- simulator and workshop for fresher cadets.
