1) Leave carry forward not available, 2) If any one complaining then don't react to hear one side, keep both people in front of you for right judgment. 3)should prefer engineer instead of supervisor because engineer can do every thing like tendering, billing, ERP, meeting with consultant, site supervision.

they take professionals and spoil they guide them till they cant perform

Dislikes

they dont pay to contractors/ suppliers and make the head of department responsible for that and once the work is complete throw them out of company. The whole project team, contract team, MEP team all including their heads are changed every year one by one.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
