Its like a family..it consists of 40-50 members and responsible to our Project Director for our activities but different hierarchies are there to help us.They guide us in any kinds of problem.

Dislikes

Pay structure is not so good.As its the mixture of State and Central so sometimes we find out ourselves in juncture.No proper policy of yearly appraisal which should be followed by all company.
