Gud work environment and culture. Teammats are supportive and the management is tranperent .There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arched for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year..

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salaray is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond 2 year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new jonees

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled another in the beginning as there no formal training session.I learnt everything on the job. I got a chanceto wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team

The grading of protection to the police personnel is poor.It must be improved.Beside,the health of personnel should also be monitored regularly at ps wise or unitwise to host up the morale of police personnel.Regular interval of rest also be given ,avoiding continuous duty,especially to asi,si and inspectors ( the mid level of administration)....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
