There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salaray is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond 2 year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new jonees

Some years ago I loved this job. And now our superior officers are most corrupted and they used us as thire own employer. Facilities are zero, postings are very far from home, and duties not not matter but mentally pressure are created by them... Criminals are free because they r in party worker. Mostly L/O are created by party and disgusting of duties are done by lower order forces. I do not want to hurt anyone, if I do so very very sorry to that. Its fully my perception....

The grading of protection to the police personnel is poor.It must be improved.Beside,the health of personnel should also be monitored regularly at ps wise or unitwise to host up the morale of police personnel.Regular interval of rest also be given ,avoiding continuous duty,especially to asi,si and inspectors ( the mid level of administration).
