Gud work environment and culture. Teammats are supportive and the management is tranperent .There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arched for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year..

Facilities are zero, postings are very far from home, and duties not not matter but mentally pressure are created by them... Criminals are free because they r in party worker.
