This company gives us free environment or better way to say push us to explore new technologies like AI, Cloud Computing. Also support us in doing POC, this help both the Developers and the Company. The deadline of task are feasible of course there is pressure but its manageable. Also the environment is very friendly our boss interact with us directly on personal level. Of-course there is hierarchy system, but when we interact we all are one team. This makes the New Joiners more confrontable. Any team member who joined yesterdays or person who is with the company for years they both are respected. Also Every person Male or Female are given respect in same level, company gives us Appreciation and Applause on our work. Even when the person fail just to let person know at least you tried. From day one, the vibe here super friendly and chill! They offer various facilities for Freshers to learn new things.
