I worked as a HR in the recruitment team last year. My experience was good. A lot of learnings. The training given as a recruiter is so good. And I feel very satisfied in a way that we explain everything about the company, role, salary, etc. to candidates very transparently, unlike other companies. My friends in other companies are told so many times to keep some policies hidden from candidates, but at WeMakeScholars, I have that satisfaction that after joining a candidate will not feel that I lied to him to get my incentives....Read More

Dislikes

As per the company policy, the recruiters should explain in detail about the company and role to candidates, which makes it a 20 mins long pitch for each candidate, which makes it a little hectic because you have to do this for like 7-10 candidates per day.
