Likes

Plant is good to operate and work life balance is better ,its Operation friendly at all.

Dislikes

There is no management transparency never do meeting with ground level staff to run plant in efficient mode as well as there is no job safety also we have joined as Welspun staff but later they gave contract to thermax and many more employee was fired also even in contractual there is boiler/turbine running in less efficient with more breakdown.
