Very egoistic top management representatives, they are behaving like it's their own company. Ethics are there but only for staff working at site. There is no rules for HO people. You won't find right place for you in organization. HR negotiate very hard. People with out any ethics can survive in this company.

Welspun is good company...lot of thing i learn here...But when my return time that time i resign( my manager forcefully take) ....

In advance textile electrical department ..Two time complain to Hr.Hr everything knows..Hr not taken any action.Employe taken action data is below given.... 3 Am resign 8 shift engineer resign 10 technican resign Above all person now working in india and world most reputed company...But welspun losse best employe....so plz hr try to find root-cause why best employe lefting job....
