This can make it difficult for fresh ideas to gain traction if they don’t align with certain leadership perspectives, impacting the sense of openness and collaboration. Additionally, the appraisal and promotion criteria could be more transparent. Sometimes, it feels like recognition and advancement are influenced by relationships rather than strictly by performance and merit.
