I don't dislike it but Management people have poor behavior and not good. They did not see working efforts. Sales upper managers do not know sales and have not helped juniors, they have no own clients and only depend on ASM. Worst experience.

Even Sr manager/ GM also worked as a labour, they don't provide sufficient manpower and resources for full fill our job role, if We are not able to full fill our job role due to un sufficient of resources, with out information terminate or appointed another one in our rolls to leave by our self.
