There are more politics, top management is supported only office employees not site colleagues. They hired insufficiency knowledge about the work in above construction manager level ( jugad se hire ). They don't know about ratio of concrete M15 grades, even don't know how to work with junior colleagues and project manager is also supported him. Overall very worst culture in this company and company is showing show off....Read More
