We worked with a prominent client account and it offered us an opportunity to work on a variety of assignments. The training and resources provided were world-class that enhanced my knowledge about the field of translation and localisation.

Dislikes

The work flow adopted by the client was counter-productive where everyone was pitted against each other to prove their performance. The company failed to acquire more clients, increasing the pressure on employees and making the atmosphere toxic. The management was not people-friendly and transparent. The favouritism is rampant and people who performed poorly but were in the management's good books were rewarded. Management consisted of people who were lecherous and womaniser, and people who were working hard were made to stretch their working hours. There were personal attacks and vindictive behaviour against individuals who questioned management. People were continuously made insecure about their jobs and in the name of variable pay, the in-hand salary amount was not fixed. The organisation is very close knit. There is vast scope for improvement and streamlining the process.
