My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. The job deligation is good , staff is good but there is no timing we have to work continuously for 10hours and extra hours as well .

Timing and senior value. If there are 4shifts then everyone should have chance to get all the shift timings but here we have to do continuously one shift for 6 months bcoz of that I'm facing lot of health issues, family problems, cannot focus carrier, can't give time for ourselves. Another one is about the senior value . When a employee gets more knowledge and have good work experience he will be promoted to a higher post but there will be no increament in salary....Read More
