The worst place to work in . Production manager uses curse while talking to you as you’re not from Assam. You’ll not be getting any weekly off because for your manager people of Assam will be his first priority . Very racist work environment . No work life balance as you’re an outsider . You shouldn’t expect any help as your managerwill be rooting against you. All people here in upper management will be trying to make you leave as they don’t want people from other state working here . As a fresher you can learn and improve your skills if you get good senior or manager but don't stay here more than 1 year.

Work-life balance is worst in here u have to work as per your manager even after your office period 13_14 hrs with no extra pay and also u have to come Sunday. Skill development is limited. Here manager doesn't care your growth except him.
