Since they don't want to provide salry up to some good mark, they loves to give opportunity to new comers. For experienced candidate it's a worst place. Will not get any career growth. Apart from very low salary there is extra befinit to earn. HR Dept is irresponsible. After resignation they will make lots of excuses for not clearing last month salary or experience letter.
