never pay your salary & TA & DA.Product problem, dealers are not satisfy as well employees are. Just lala Shop, dont know how to talk with people, illiterate. I will never suggest to any one to join this company.Rest on there own risk.

not a company, just a lala shop. Owner use to run mobile shop at fatehpur, now he opened this company, never pay salary to any one.

i worked there as on the post of Manager marketing & sales & deal with channels in rajasthan. Material quality is so poor so they dont pay money to company.

No job security, don't pay salary on time, no growth in this company. Bad experience

Dislikes

Dint pay salary in probation period nd there is no clause mentioned in offer letter too. When asked about salary they terminate without notice.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
