Everything is perfect except those uneducated person who think they are superior from Professional people. Hospital highly require MOH certified person who could manage hospital in a proper way and give priority to that Professional People who work in less salary,too. I was very disappointed by those unprofessional people who came at hospital once in a week and manage hospital without taking any kind of suggestion from those Professional senior employer in Hospital who work from last 6 to 7 years. Additionally, There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues very quickly. Career growth is worthy But, salary is too less.

The job is quite interesting ! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learn everything on the job and special thanks to my senior professional to help me to build mine and avoid my mistakes.
