The HR policies are not clear, the jobs are unsafe and it is dominated by HR. Dear friends their is no job security in the said company, the company is ruled by HR and no recognition and growth in the company and lots of hinderance for your career growth and compensation are very less paid than in the market.

Dislikes

No job security, no career growth, lots of internal politics, overall environment is not good for seniors this company is good for only freshers and job seekers for to start career.

Not prospective and not allowed for to share the knowledge and to implement new things just do the post man job of superiors and commending as a dictator which is not recommendable for the candidates to join this company.

There is no job security for employees and HR forcibly removed many employees indirectly and made employees to drop resignation during pandamic situation hence Ensci is not recommendable for ambitious candidates joining for to build career.
