I got chance to work in real front office department hotel reception to prove myself, my parents, my best friends and my relatives right forever which I really proved and enemies wrong and there is also a chair in front desk department reception which is the plus point to remove everyone tiredness which I loved it. I learnt leftoverthings in front desk department hotel reception which was leftover with the true guidance of Yogesh Rathore sir, Gopal sir, Lalit sir and Ria Parmar such as check-in, check-out, card payment, pathik, updation, making key cards🗝️, registration forms before guest check-in,guest call handling and transfering their calls in concerned departments according to guest requests and doing rooms and property show rounds. Hence proved myself right for pure hotel reception front office department hospitality forever with lots of ❤️🎹🗝️💎🎇✨. Mobile is also allowed in duty time to attend important calls which i really liked it.
