Salary and incentives are provided on time, unlimited incentives and growth in carier is great

Dislikes

Managers never support any employee, managers keep grudges within them and take revenge, their is no job security any employee would be removed any time though he/she performs well. All its in hand of managers who to work and who is to removed.

Work Details

It was good working when it comes to work, other benefits such as team outing soft skill are very poor, no traning is provided directly employees are created ID and are asked to work on their joining day,it is all about partiality which works

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
