Our priority has always been to ensure employees have adequate breaks for meals and personal refreshment. Health and AC/Fan Usage: We understand that health issues such as fever can arise from various causes. To clarify, there has been no official record or verbal complaint from you during your tenure requesting the adjustment of AC or fan settings due to discomfort. Such requests, when made, are typically addressed with sensitivity, and we regret any misunderstanding that may have occurred. Wearing a Scarf: Your choice to wear a scarf or similar attire was never questioned by the management, as we respect individual preferences and personal choices. We encourage employees to dress in a manner they find comfortable and suitable for the workplace environment. Interpersonal Remarks: It is deeply concerning to hear your account of remarks made by a female colleague regarding the use of the washroom or outdoor activities. Such behavior, if it occurred, is inappropriate and against the respectful culture we aim to maintain. We would have encouraged you to bring this to our attention during your employment, as we are committed to addressing such issues promptly and ensuring a safe, respectful workplace for all employees. While we strive to create a positive and professional environment, we also rely on our employees to report concerns in a timely manner so they can be investigated and resolved effectively.
