Only good thing about this company is that, they don't have a ton of employees. So, you often become a sole contributor and that helps you sharpen your skills.
This company hires people. The employee delivers. This company stops making revenue. This company becomes toxic as hell. Stops paying salary to employees for months. Employee leaves. And the circle continues. In my time here and post, many I have met who have experienced the same thing which they did to us, a batch of ten or fifteen, we all quit because of the work culture. Positives If sharpening your skills at dodging responsibility, procrastinating, and spreading toxic gossip were achievements worth noting, then this employee truly excelled. Our lean team structure gave them the perfect stage to shine as a sole contributor, but instead of delivering work, they seemed more interested in delivering drama. Negatives Where do we even begin? This employee had an unparalleled talent for being a walking contradiction. While consistently missing deadlines and barely bothering to deliver the bare minimum, they still managed to demand punctual salary payments—as if their paycheck was the only thing on the calendar they cared about. The idea of "give-and-take" in a workplace was completely lost on them; they were all about the "take" and none of the "give." Their self-assigned role as the company’s Chief Gossip Officer left no room for collaboration or professionalism. Rather than fostering teamwork, they spread negativity like wildfire, badmouthing colleagues and creating tension within the team. It seems ironic that someone so invested in tearing others down would now complain about a “toxic work culture.” When you’re the source of the problem, everything around you is bound to feel toxic, isn’t it? What’s truly laughable is the attempt to frame their time here as some sort of tragic tale of exploitation. Let’s be honest—what they conveniently left out in their review is their own abysmal lack of accountability, zero work ethic, and a remarkable ability to leave others scrambling to cover for their missed deadlines. While they accuse the company of running in circles, perhaps they should look inward and notice the cycle of chaos they themselves perpetuate.

30 minutes lunch times means 30 minutes time taken to eat. Asking to eat fast can choke anyone when there was no fault. Speed of eating can not be decided by Management when rules were not violated
