The one think that I like a lot about Webskitters currently is its decision of allowing its employee to Work from home.I am so lucky to have a job here.In the Covid-times,when people were fired from their organization,I had my peace of mind.The job security here is great.

Dislikes

I think I would say that the working hurs is something that I dilike about Webskitters.It is the only thing acttually.Although,It offers flexible working hours,but still it feels too long.

I work as an UI/UX designer at Webskitters. I am happy to be a part of this organization. There are ample scope for growth here and you also get to work on international projects,thus the exposure to the global market is also great.

There are a lot of things that I love about Webskitters. I like the Monday to Friday office, work form home opportunity, flexible working hours, good appraisal metrics, and good incentive. It's a Really good experience with Webskitters, the HR policies are too worth mentioning.

As it is a growing company, the pressure of projects remain extremely high. But it is a great experience.

I like a lot of things about Webskitters, its projects flow, good management and concerns for employees are the major highlights. I even love the fat that the company spends its revenue in upgrading the infrastructure and making latest technologies at the disposal of their employees.

I don't dislike anything . However, I would appreciate it more focused is provided to employees friendly with new technologies by providing them with necessary training.
