compensation is decent but growth is very slow and work pressure is very high. there is no on-job training. salary deposit late to all client side disputed employee. This company client behavior not good.

The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer.
