There is Nothing that I like about this Company

Dislikes

Work culture is terrible . No Training , No Support , No learning , No Growth . No one supports a Fresher . No work life Balance . For Fresher there is a Bond of 2 Years in which Your two Original documents (10th admit card and 12th certificate) will be seized at the time of joining . Work pressure is very high . Behaviour of some seniors are very bad .

I joined during the lockdown period and found that the engagement activities are too less here. I still don' t know many of the people with whom I work.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
