I had the unfortunate experience of working at webskitters, and i feel compelled to share my honest opinion. there are several significant issues with this company that potential employees should be aware of before making the decision to join. cons : 1. Unreasonable 3 month without pay notice period & final settlement delay. 2 style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.Toxic Work culture: your manager & management play dirty politics</mark>. 3.Low compensation compared to other companies in kolkata. 4.Inhumane working hours : 9.5 hrs which extends to 11 hrs frequently. 5.No respect for employees I would never recommend this company to anyone who is looking for fair,balanced & respectful work environment....Read More

I love employee-friendly HR policies of Webskitters. The work culture is great and the Team Leaders and the team members are also very helpful and supportive.

The company is giving flexible working hours, work from home opportunities and on time salary to the employees. I think it weights more than any negative point of the company.

I work as a QA Analyst at Webskitters for more than 1 year. The system-oriented process, and the wonderful testing tools, enable us to ensure excellent QA for our clients project. I an happy to learn new technologies that company provide.
