- Webskitters Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales to lead and drive the sales operations for its Bengaluru Branch. This leadership role will require a combination of strategic thinking, team management, sales planning, and hands-on execution to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead and manage the Bengaluru sales team, driving performance and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company's presence in the region.
- Oversee account management, ensuring strong client relationships and satisfaction.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, delivery, product) to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery of services.
- Set and monitor sales targets for the team, ensuring regular reporting and performance reviews.
- Represent Webskitters at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance visibility and build connections.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in sales management, preferably in the IT services industry.
- Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and achieving/exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Hands-on experience in account management and business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
