1.Don't Call this a Company It's a recruitment Firm. 1.This is a contract Job For One Year. 2.The Old Employee will humiliate you. 3.I have seen many people left the company within 2-3 months. The HR team will change in every 6 months. I have never seen any company like this. 4.They will ask you to degrade yourself to meet their expectation. There is no work in the company. 5.Don't fall for the Trap otherwise you will loose everything. 6.The company will hardly survive for next 1-2 years. 7.There is only one person as a management....Read More

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
