Owners are best and I am very grateful for them as they give livelihood to many families and they are very kind hearted. Company is also very good to work , they hold their employees for 15 to 20 years which is great. I really appreciate owners which do their contribution to society and seniors are also very cooperative .

Dislikes

First of all its depend upon the each particular person according to their perspective. The thing i dislike is only the environment made by some employees and it may exist everywhere. But I am facing first time in my career. I only suggest to never hold power in one person to make them arrogant and non replaceable, Beyond clear test/ intelligence behavior/ethics also matters.
