Work-life balance is not there. Job security is also not there. There is nothing called employee benefits. So called yearly bonus. Once you resign, salary will be on hold. They will release the full and final settlement amount after many months.

Work was very challenging. Shift timing were flexible to some extend. Location was very good at Salt lake, sector 5. Learnt many new things as work load was high. But I love to work in challenges like this. Want to Join again if got chance.

Co-workers are very good.

Nothing except the friends. Work culture is very bad. You won't feel like a IT company at all. Company do micromanagement in all steps. Even they monitor Skype idle time. Especially HR team is worse I ever seen. They are very unprofessional and rude.
