Over Burden of work.Late Night working.Managment don't look after their employees.No medical facility,No PF,No bonus ,no Canteen is given to employees.Working culture is bad.

Working with Weavetex since 4 yrs. as merchandiser.Being a single merchandiser in company work load is very huge.No support from management,salary is very less,incrememt given after 2 yrs.No bonus,holidays given,have to work on sundays also.

Being in Apparel division (usually considered step baby of the company), our work was not appreciated much in comparison to their parent department, i.e. home furnishing. Still we were given freedom to use innovation and experiment new designs.
