Bunch of regressive college people run the show. Functioning pattern is hierarchy based rather than collaboration. A different portrait is painted in the interview only to realize it is a customer support job for an oil and gas company. Shift rotates between day, afternoon and night randomly after 4-5 days. Manager relies on inputs of his favorites rather than self evaluation. So, it becomes primary to appease the regressive “seniors” who have been working there for years....Read More
