Lack of recognition, No technical growth, Prototypical tasks ( drafting copy paste), Terrible team management. No professional behaviour. Non-empathetic management. Job security, Work load (10-12 hrs).

Very supportive in personally as well professionally. Though business is suffering and some employees are being furloughed but assure to back in business once covid situation is relaxed.

Higher authority are dump and don't have any technical sense. They'll maje your life miserable. Its a Dictatorship by a lady in Mumbai office.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
