The colleagues are friendly and Team Leads are very cooperative. The company allows one to learn and improve their writing considerably ovee time.

Dislikes

Absolutely clueless management especially at the Siliguri floor. The owner only wants to make money out of the the employees. They make you work like donkeys when the demand for assignments are on the peak and then treat you like shits when workload decreases. Frequent policy changes as per their convenience and favouritism is at its peak. Office politics has become so intense that they do not even care for their senior and loyal employees anymore bacause they no human labour is cheap and abundantly available in siliguri....Read More
