Seniors have a very respectful attitude towards their juniors. The management is a bit strict with the norm of formal dresscode from Monday to Thursday. The HR, TLs, AMOs have a very welcoming attitude and percives all as same.

Dislikes

I think the salary structure can be modified and reconstructed a bit. That's the only disadvantage I found about this organization.

The overall working experience is quite good, however there is scope of improvement in how the work is managed. It was really messy when I joined but it has improved since the last couple of months. I am thankful I have really nice and helpful team leaders who help and coordinate. The incentives are good (however the target can be abit overwhelming at times), they have employee benefit programmes such as EPF and ESI. They give decent amount of leaves including casual leaves and sick leaves which can be accumulated and used later....Read More

I do not like the policy where I have to fix or work on the mess of others. This is the only and worst part for me in this job.
