The most thing I liked about the company was that even in times of Corona they did not ask anyone to leave the company and they have given appraisals even in times of Corona. They have open door policy and senior most positions including CEO is approachable even by the junior most developer in the company. Company Policies are straight forward and transparent and everything is told to you in writing on the very first day of the joining. - Systematic Work - Encouragement to learn new things and work on latest technologies - Team Lead and Manager both are very encouraging - Best Work Environment (1 or 2 elements are everywhere) but overall good environment - Flexi Timings - Comp Offs.
