LEARNED LOTS OF NEW AREAS, MANY DIVISIONS UNDER ONE ROOF, VERY GOOD PROCESS ORIENTED COMPANY

SOME OF THE DIVISIONAL HEADS ARE NOT HANDLING THE TEAM PROPERLY AND MOST OF THE STAFF THROWING THEM OUT WITHOUT ANY MAJOR REASONS. DUE TO THIS THE ORGANISATION NAME WILL BE SPOILED BADLY IN FUTURE.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
