- Poor work culture - No work life balance - No job security - Poor managers - No work/ job satisfaction - Strict 9.30 hours at office, or else they deduct half-day salary, and now they have removed hundreds of employees from the company to show 'PROFITABILITY' without any prior notice.

There is no canteen facilities and Hr work also seen by facility department.

The job is quite interesting.struggled a lot to learn local language.there was no formal training session.i learnt everything on the job that helped me to mange with the team.
