Company has good vision and good policies on paper. As there is high attrition rate, it keeps changing now and then. There is no role clarity. They hire for some role and expects you to work for all together different role and responsibilities. Management comprises of all old colleagues of founder hence they rule it as per their whims and fancies.

My boss pRawin Subramaniam had his thought clear to chuck me out ASAP. For thiS satish of outgrow team also took actve interest. He ate my 5 days salary, TA bill & PL. Even the founder & head of HR is hopeless as my complaint to them went to an inconclusive end.

Company was trying to solve something noble or atleast that’s what the PR narrative was which attracted talent. Lot of wasted potential due to mismanagement by senior leadership team.

Dislikes

Salaries have not been paid for months while the company’s co-founder is having a lavish destination wedding. Where are the ethics and morals? I understand there is corporate veil and it’s his personal wealth but it just doesn’t sit well. Employees have been scammed.
