Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. In companies annual appraisal takes place but here in Wave Infratech (Real Estate), termination/restructuring is an annual exercise. People cry for their f&f payments. HoD's are running their departments as per their wish and management is least bothered to interfere. Verbal fake commitments by Head HR.
