Salary and incentives can be better. There can be a pick-up/drop option for night shifts. Training and development for the interns can be better.

People are supportive here. Team is structured & well processed functions. People who don't have work ethics usually write bad but that's not the truth. HR is very supporting & seniors are amazing. Work culture is light & there are so many activities done for employee engagement.
