Earlier management was good,they are employee friendly.Now current management is a nonsense,no job security no employee friendly,always threatening to kick out..not recommended to job seekers.

Fraud management. I was worked 3 years as machine operator in watertec. Some respect issues I resigned the job and I worked notice period also. They didn't issued my experience certificate

1. Reporting manager not supporting. 2. If you achive your terget then you have to stay at your branch till mid night on monthly closing. Some where you have to work on Sunday.
