If you are working as a contractual employee, No job security, No guarantee for permanent (peoples are working 8-10 years and still not getting payscale) same day job discontinue (No notice period). ERP SAP has not been fully implemented so simple things take time for approval. They dont pay full salary and benefits. High level politics and unhealthy environment for those who genuinely work.

I don't know much about the salary increment for project engineer (contractual), in my opinion for contractual staff should have a scope of annual salary increment as per yearly performance evaluation in a given project.

If you have links in Ministry this place is for you. If you are a hard working person with no links in Ministry like me, so my friend this place is not for you.

The Sr. Management has no manners to speak with their colleagues. The Director spells out foul languages (galiya) to the office people all the time. They will spoil your career. The Director will not let you join anywhere else even if you get selected in better organisation & exploit you.
