Working at Wanderlooms has been a mixed experience. On one hand, I've had the chance to take on significant responsibilities,I’ve been able to make improvements. It’s rewarding to see the impact of my work, especially as the brand grows and gets more recognition. The role has definitely helped me grow professionally, and I've learned a lot about solving real-world operational issues. However, the environment could sometimes be challenging. At Wanderlooms, appreciation often comes in the form of added responsibilities without any incentives or salary hikes to match the workload. Despite putting in a lot of effort, there’s rarely any tangible reward, which makes it feel like hard work goes unnoticed. The founders can also be quite harsh, leading to a toxic environment where feedback is more critical than constructive. This atmosphere has made it challenging to feel genuinely motivated, and the lack of support for career growth or recognition only adds to the frustration. One of the major downsides of working at Wanderlooms is the toxic work environment. While there's plenty of appreciation in the form of more tasks and responsibilities, there are no incentives or salary hikes to match. The both founders verbally abusive, which creates a highly stressful and negative atmosphere. This lack of respect and constructive feedback makes it hard to feel valued, and the absence of meaningful rewards or growth opportunities only adds to the frustration. Salary delays are a constant issue at Wanderlooms. Employees often have to repeatedly follow up, almost like begging, to receive what they are rightfully owed.
