I don't like anything about this organization

Dislikes

This is the worst employer I ever worked for. The management do not think work-life balance is required. Labor law allows 9HRX5DAYS or 8HRx6DAYS. But walton does not follow that. Their working hour is 9HRX6DAYS. Already the pay is the lowest in the market. On top of that they deduct salary every now and then. Does not allow all local holidays and make employees work on those days. If they are obligated to remain closed, they deduct that from employees annual leave. There are many more....Read More
