HR management is pathetic. Mr Deepak is the hr here he will. Never give you fnf no matter how long you serve the company or in which position you are Don't go in this company if you want growth and all other company benefits because Hr will never help

Good team working in Faridabad HQ. Helpful managers and laid back working attitude. International tours on achieving targets. Good culture within the organization. Decent enough market reputation and sales ethics

Bad bad payscale. You are paid peanuts for all the hard work that you do irrespective of what weather is. Very less incentives as compared to others. At times, company doesn't make much efforts to spend money on realistic deals even though if it reaps them good results. Their miserly attitude costs its sales employees when it comes to goodwill and brand value since there is hardly any benefits that it gives to lure clients.
