Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. I joined Walsons in July this year and did not take time to become comfortable with the company and people. The work environment is good and warm. Sometimes it keeps you on your toes but it's all worth it when you take some good learnings with you through the end of the day. So far, so good.
