There should be strong Ops Governance & laid policies in place. Need to more focus on onboarding of SMEs , HSQE & dedicated Trainer of Hard & Soft services etc.

No work life balance, HR hardly revert to your issues, bosses will call you to ofc every day and then will ask you to be on field which is extremely difficult for the sales people.

I joined Walsons in July this year and did not take time to become comfortable with the company and people. The work environment is good and warm. Sometimes it keeps you on your toes but it's all worth it when you take some good learnings with you through the end of the day. So far, so good.

Employee engagement activities are fun. We can probably look at increasing these.
